Our Chairman is a well qualified professional in the field of Environmental Management and the Design and Management of Small Hydro Power Stations. He possesses over thirty-five years experience in soil mechanics and road construction and is also currently the Head of Department of the Civil Engineering programme at the University of Guyana.
