Construction of The Optique Eye Hospital

The Optique Eye Hospital is a cutting-edge four-story facility designed with modern architecture and advanced medical infrastructure. It combines aesthetics, functionality, and efficiency.

Built on a steel frame structure, the building is lightweight and durable. The hospital’s exterior is clad in Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP), giving it a sleek, contemporary look. The ACP cladding is not only visually appealing but also weather-resistant, low-maintenance, and thermally efficient.

A combination of ACP panels and large glass facades ensures a balance of natural light and insulation, creating an inviting yet energy-efficient building envelope. The second-floor houses state-of-the-art operation theatres designed with precision and sterility in mind.

To ensure patient comfort and maintain optimal environmental conditions, the hospital is equipped with a centralized HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) system. This system is designed to regulate temperature, humidity, and air quality throughout the building.
