Strategically qualified with a Masters in Occupational Environment, Safety and Health (with distinction) from the University of the West Indies, Ms Ramdass also possesses a Masters of Business Administration (with distinction) degree from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business (UWI). Additionally, she holds a BSc. in Biochemistry and Biology (with first class honours) from the University of the West Indies along with NEBOSH certification.</br></br>

Ms. Ramdass’ breadth of multi-industry qualifications includes diplomas in Process Plant Technology (formerly PPO) in Chemical Processes and Petroleum Operations from the City and Guilds via the Trinizuela Technical and Vocational College. She also holds qualifications in the field of Total Quality Management which include Certificates in Applied Quality Management and Effective Quality Systems Documentation and Implementation, from the Caribbean Institute for Quality. She is a certified Quality Manager and is also certified as a Quality Management Systems Senior/Lead Auditor, she also has certification and skills in project management and strategic teaching.</br></br>

Ms. Ramdass has successfully designed, implemented, managed and continuously improved HSE Management Systems at various organizations which were STOW certified.
